If, after 30 days, your order has been determined to be lost, abandoned, or stolen, we will give you a full refund, less any previously paid shipping and handling charges.

You will also receive an email confirmation, although delivery of this email may be delayed by internet server traffic.
Taxes:
Importing goods valued at $800 or less is generally not subject to import duty in the United States. For shipments outside the United States, the carrier may collect sales, consumption, import, or other taxes according to local regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
