Do my points work across all your brands?
Yes. Tea, coffee, knives and wine share one balance, tied to your email address. Points earned on one brand can be spent on another.
How do I collect points?
Order while signed in, or use the same email address each time. Points are added automatically once your order is paid, and appear on this page.
Why did my balance go down?
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned are returned. Your history above lists your most recent activity and what caused each change.
Do points expire?
No. Your points stay until you spend them. A reward code, once you have made one, is valid for 90 days — if yours runs out before you use it, contact us and we will sort it out.
