I followed the directions to brew the tea and found it very easy. The tea is fine enough powder to very easily mix with the hot water. When I drank the tea, the flavor is smooth with a good slightly sweet peppermint flavor. The sweetness was not overly powerful. As the tea flavor is also smooth.

It smells so good when opening the bag, not overpowering at all.I enjoyed my 1st cup of this tea hot and the next cup iced. Both ways are tasty and refreshing. The combination of the green tea and peppermint quite effectively perks you up. I've loved starting my day with this blend, to wake me up and get me going.Although it is a little pricey for the amount, that's normal for higher quality teas. A little goes a long way as well. I only used half the recommened amount and it was perfect. And it's still less expensive than ceremonial grade matcha, which adds up quickly. Overall, I'm so pleased with this peppermint sencha. Would absolutely recommend.

This green tea is produced in Japan and has only three ingredients -- green tea, sugar and natural flavors. The tea tasted good with peppermint being the dominant taste. I personally prefer green tea without peppermint so that I could enjoy the green tea's flavor. The fine powder is sweetened so you do not need to add additional sweetener. I kind of wish they had not added sugar so that I could decide whether I wanted sweetness and how much. This does seem like a premium quality green tea. Cheaper green teas like in bags have bitterness but this higher quality green tea powder has no bitterness. This can be enjoyed for special occasions when you may want to show off this premium tea. I think others will be impressed. Use tea cups that better accommodate fancy teas.

This product is really good whether its cold or hot. The peppermint flavor in the Green Tea is really great and the Green Tea energized me. I've been drinking it cold. I can't wait to try it hot the next time I am sick, it will be soothing.

Yes, it is a powdered green tea, but it is definitely not matcha. All matcha is green tea, but not all green tea is matcha. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk about this awesome green tea.It comes in a resealable 3.5 ounce (100g) pouch. There are 13 servings total if you are using the recommended amount of 2 teaspoons per 8 ounces (1 cup) of water. The tea has a powdery consistency and is a deep, mossy green in color. You can smell the peppermint as soon as you open the bag. I found that it dissolved equally well in both cold and hot water. No whisking is necessary, just stir it around with a spoon. It dissolved completely and left no lumps as I worked my way to the bottom of the cup.When drinking it cold, I added some ice and thought it had a mild taste, sort of earthy, and not nearly as strong as a matcha tea would be. There is a peppermint taste but it’s not pronounced when served cold. I did like it cold, but I thought it really shined when I prepared it as a hot tea. I added 4 teaspoons to 16 ounces of water and that’s when the flavors really came through for me. My son is absolutely obsessed with this peppermint tea. I personally have not tried it, but he said it is restaurant quality. He considers himself a tea connoisseur. I feel like it's a little pricey for tea, especially when you can go to a discount store and get a similar product. Yum! I think this peppermint green tea is delicious! I prefer iced tea, but it is still cold weather where I live so I tried this hot first and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have also tried it mixed with cool water and then added ice cubes, and it is so refreshing! I am looking forward to drinking it outdoors on my patio this summer! It mixes very well, dissolves quickly and does not leave behind any clumps. I also appreciate that it is a powder so I could mix it quickly at the office or on the go when I am unable to actually steep a tea bag. I like that the ingredient list is minimal as well!

I sometimes think that Amazon Vine might really be a program to introduce Vine Voices to new products they may like. Ha! If that's the case, it works bc I'll be buying this stuff from now. I even think I'll do a subscription. The peppermint isn't subtle but I wouldn't call it overwhelming. It's a nice little pick me up on a cold day. I have not yet tried it cold. For those who love matcha (I don't!), you should know THIS IS NOT MATCHA. For those who don't love matcha, THIS IS NOT MATCHA. The reason I don't love matcha is that it tastes like it almost has dust or dirt in it. This does not. Just warm "greenness" in a mug!

I like this powdered tea it has a very tasty and refreshing flavor. The balance is perfect, there is added sugar but it's not too sweet, and the peppermint is one of the best things complements the green tea without being overwhelming. It dissolves perfectly and works well both hot and iced but I prefer hot. I'm giving it four stars because I wish there was more information about the product as to the type of green tea used. It's labeled as Sencha, but I'd appreciate more information, such as the harvest grade or region, to better understand what I'm drinking. Overall, lightly sweetened tea with a perfectly balanced minty kick, it’s a delicious tea.

This is a beautiful cup of minty, green tea, but it is pre sweetened which I didn't realize, and for the price I would expect a matcha and not a matcha blended with sugar.That said, it's not too sweet, the tea flavor is strong and refreshing, and the mint is the right level to be a refreshing note instead of overwhelming. It's not too strong and mixing with hot or cold water is effective in getting the flavor out, to different strength levels.All that said, I don't think the value is there, this is priced as a pure matcha, but that sugar really cuts it down. Without the sugar, I think it's worth it, but that's driving the ounces up without the value that the tea brings.This is a great work drink, effective for quick office tea, but I don't know that I would order again.

I will preface by saying, I very much enjoy green tea & matcha, and I enjoy peppermint. Unfortunately this combo was not my favorite. I followed the ratio as instructed of water to matcha. The powder dissolved immediately in water, no clumps. The aroma of peppermint is not THAT strong from the bag, but as soon as water is added, it's all I can smell, and all I can taste. It's overwhelmingly strong. That being said, I do enjoy peppermint, so overall, not bad. I will finish the bag since I have it, and it doesn't taste bad, just not what I was expecting.
